Protein mocha frappe

Need that caffeine hit in the morning, like chocolate, and want something to help get that extra bit of protein into your diet well read on…

ingredients 

Instant coffee (1-2 tsp)

Handful of ice

Hot water + cold water

Scoop of chocolate protein powder

How to make it 

1 – first make half a cup of coffee using  a 1/4 cup of hot water topped off with a 1/4 cup of cold water. Stir and Leave to the side to cool down further. Reason to only make a half cup is to make a nice Icey/slushy frappe consistency


2 – put a large handful of ice into the blender


3 – add chocolate protein powder to blender


4 – pour coffee into blender


5 – blend, pour and enjoy!


I sometimes prefer using my pistachio chocolate milk rather than cold water to give even more of a chocolate taste. You could obviously substitute protein powder and liquids to make a different taste
